Any person found violating this policy may face suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
1. NON-DISCRIMINATION
Superbart does not tolerate discrimination of any kind. We strictly prohibit bias based on race, religion, color, age, disability, pregnancy, marital or parental status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran or military status, national origin, political affiliation, sex, genetic traits, or geographic location—or any other status protected by law.
We are equally committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities, in compliance with applicable laws.
Discrimination in providing transport services is strictly prohibited. All Superbart driver-partners and employees must provide safe, respectful, and equal service to every passenger.
Examples of prohibited discriminatory conduct include:
Refusing to pick up a passenger based on protected traits.
Denying service to passengers with minor disability.
Using disrespectful, harassing, or offensive language.
Refusing service to or from specific geographic areas.
2. HARASSMENT
Superbart is dedicated to maintaining a professional environment free from harassment. Any unwanted conduct that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment—whether verbal, physical, written, or digital—will not be tolerated.
This applies to all employees, managers, driver-partners, contractors, and affiliated personnel.
3. SEXUAL HARASSMENT
Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for favors, or inappropriate conduct of a sexual nature are strictly prohibited. This includes:
Jokes, comments, or messages of a sexual nature
Offensive media, gestures, or actions
Any behavior that conditions service, employment, or opportunity on submission to sexual conduct
Violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or removal from the Superbart platform.
4. AFFIRMATIVE ACTION
Superbart values diversity and is committed to increasing opportunities for underrepresented groups, ensuring fair representation in our workforce and driver community.
5. REPORTING DISCRIMINATION & HARASSMENT
If you believe you have experienced or witnessed discrimination or harassment, report it immediately through:

Reports will be handled confidentially, promptly investigated, and appropriate corrective action will be taken. Timely reporting is encouraged to prevent recurrence.
6. RETALIATION
Superbart strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports or assists in investigations of discrimination or harassment. All reports made in good faith are protected.
7. DISCIPLINARY MEASURES
Any violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to warnings, suspension, termination of employment, or permanent removal from the Superbart platform.
8. REMEDIES
When a violation is confirmed, remedies may include reinstatement, promotion, back pay, reasonable accommodations, and other actions necessary to correct the situation, in accordance with applicable laws.
9. POLICY IMPLEMENTATION
Superbart’s leadership fully supports this policy. It will be regularly reviewed and reinforced to ensure an environment where all employees, driver-partners, and passengers are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.
