Driver Applications: Full name, contact details, profile photo, physical address, government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine driver’s license, NBI/Police clearance), OR/CR of motorcycle, insurance policy, bank account details, and tax information.
Emergency Contacts (SOS feature): When you add SOS contacts, the app will request access to your contact list.
Contacts are stored locally on your device (not uploaded to our servers).
They are only used if you trigger an SOS alert.
Ratings & Feedback: Comments, ratings, and suggestions you leave for riders or drivers.
Communications: Emails, in-app chat, SMS, and support messages you exchange with us.
Location Data:
Riders – real-time location when booking, during trips, and immediately after completion.
Drivers – precise GPS data when logged into driver mode (and briefly after, to monitor incidents).
Trip Data: Route, pickup/drop-off, fare, discounts applied, and payment method.
Device Data: Model, operating system, IP address, carrier, language, advertising identifiers, and crash logs.
App Usage Data: Screens visited, features used, referral activity, promotions redeemed.
Communications Between Users: Calls or texts routed through Superbart’s masking system (your personal numbers remain hidden).
Background Checks: From government agencies or accredited providers for drivers.
Insurance & Payment Partners: Data needed for claims, fraud prevention, and transaction validation.
Marketing & Referrals: Information shared by referral sources or loyalty program partners.
Law Enforcement & Public Sources: For safety, fraud detection, or legal compliance.

Phone numbers remain private (calls/messages are routed via masking).
